The license provided by Quan Designs complement is terminated by any illegal usage.
Username and Password
The quandesigns.com website has several pages that are password-restricted and need a username and password to access. Choosing a username and password during the registration procedure is required to create an account. It is totally forbidden to use or access this website without authorization.

Product and service details, costs, and accessibility
Products’ availability and online price details are always subject to change and can be discontinued at any moment. Products, prices, and offers may have typographical, photographic, or specification errors that may be corrected.
Even though we try our best to fulfil your order, there may be instances where the product or products you want to buy are not available in sufficient quantities. If that happens, you will be notified through email when to anticipate the product(s), provided substitutes, or your credit card will be appropriately reimbursed.
In particular, we retain the right to restrict sales to resellers. Sales tax, shipping, and insurance are excluded from the prices listed.
Payment
Online payments can be done using a MasterCard or Visa. By selecting one of our many payment options while checking out, you may also pay offline. Prior to the shipping of the order, NETS will debit the buyer’s account for payment. Although we take every precaution to protect your order and payment information, purchases made on our website are done so at the buyer’s own risk.
Passing of title
When items are accepted by the transporter, they all become your property.
Returns Policy
1. No customized items may be exchanged or returned.
2. Considering the fragile nature and packaging of the items, Quan Designs AB does not offer a cash refund policy.
3. It is impossible to exchange items bought during discounts and special promotions.
4. After three months, unclaimed products will be disposed of.
5. Once Quan Designs AB has received the necessary information, customized goods will be made.
6. Not from the date of order confirmation, but only after the day and time of artwork confirmation, is the delivery date indicated computed.

Please follow the steps below if you would want to return the items:
If a client orders a product online and discovers that it is not exactly what was represented on the quandesigns.com and wishes to return the item, they will be provided with a Return Form and instructions on how to send the item back to our Return Address: Allhemsgatan 7B, 21221 Malmo, Sweden. Request for the return form by sending an email to info@quandesigns.com.
• Fill out the return form that is sent to your email by entering the Order number, description, and amount being returned.
· Use one of our codes to specify the cause of your return. To best serve you, kindly be as descriptive as you can.
· After completing it, you will receive further instructions on how to return or the possibility of receiving the exact order you purchased. Kindly note again that customised crystal engravings cannot be returned.
· Please be aware that we are unable to accept or collect postage-due return parcels and are not liable for uninsured items that are misplaced in transit. We highly advise you to insure your cargo. We are unable to replace or refund orders purchased outside of quandesigns.com.
When we get your returned items, we’ll process them right away and provide a refund to your account for the entire price of the merchandise less any applicable shipping costs and a (to be determined amount) percent restocking fee. Online shoppers are urged to mail items back to us. However, our locations will accept the return if you decide to visit one to speak with a salesperson in person about your purchase. Refunds for purchases made using a credit card or a business account will be applied to the original credit account number used to make the purchase.
For a period of 8 days following the day you get the products, only a few items may be returned for an exchange or refund. Products must be returned in brand-new, resalable condition along with their original packaging and boxes, along with a completed Return Form.
Note: Returns that are not made in accordance with the above instructions will be returned or refused, and no refund or credit will be issued.
Cancelling an Order
If you need to cancel an online order, please contact info@quandesigns.com or phone +46736225465 right away. You may return your order by following the steps outlined above if we are unable to halt its shipping. This possible provided the product(s) are yet to be customized.
Damaged or Lost Items
Please mention any visible damage to boxes that you receive on the carrier’s freight bill or receipt. Make certain you get a copy. Keep the original carton, all packing materials, and all parts whole after receiving them. Within 24 hours of receiving a damaged cargo, or as soon as you learn that a shipment is misplaced, please get in touch with our Customer Service Department at +46736225465 or send an email to info@quandesigns.com.
Trademarks
Quan Designs AB is the owner of any trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, and graphics (collectively, “Marks”) shown on this website. Without Quan Designs AB’s prior written approval, you are not permitted to use any of its trademarks.

All material, including text, graphics, logos, button icons, pictures, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is protected by EU copyright laws and is the property of Quan Designs AB or its content suppliers. Inevitable Events
Insofar as the performance of their obligations is delayed, impeded, or stopped by an unexpected event or a situation of force majeure, neither party here shall be held to be in breach of the contract.
Only uncontrollable events or circumstances that are beyond the parties’ control, unforeseeable, unavoidable, independent of the parties’ will, and cannot be prevented by the latter, despite all reasonably possible efforts, shall be deemed to constitute an unanticipated accident or a case of force majeure for the purposes of this agreement.
Within 10 working days of the date on which he or she/it becomes aware of such circumstances, the party affected thereby shall give notice thereof to the other party.
In this situation, both parties hereto shall make contact with one another within a month, excluding a case of force majeure, to analyze the effects of the aforementioned incident and to come to an agreement on the terms under which the execution of the sale agreement may be resumed.
These general terms of sale may be cancelled by the party that was wronged if the event of force majeure persisted for a duration longer than three months.
It is hereby expressly agreed that, in addition to those cases of force majeure or unforeseen accidents, the following situations shall also be deemed to be cases of force majeure or unforeseen accidents: the disruption of transportation infrastructure or supplies; earthquakes; fires; storms; flooding; lightning damage; the shutdown of telecommunication networks; or difficulties specific to telecommunication networks that do not belong to the customers.
Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer of Warranties
Quan Designs AB makes this website available “as is” and “as available.” Regarding the functioning of this site, Quan Designs AB provides no guarantees or promises, either explicit or implied, including but not limited to warranties against direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, and punitive damages.
Quan Designs AB expressly disclaims any implicit guarantees, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a specific purpose, to the largest extent permissible by relevant law. Any losses of any kind, including but not limited to direct, incidental, consequential, and punitive damages, resulting from the use of this website will not be covered by Quan Designs AB’s liability policy.
