For us, your order is always our first concern. Your configuration is instantly allocated to one of our graphic designers for production preparation only a few seconds after you place your order, and this is entirely automated and available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

PREPARE FOR PRODUCTION 24 HOURS A DAY, 7 DAYS A WEEK

Our production staff will then make, securely pack, and ship your purchase from Monday to Friday (and on Saturday before major holidays like Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, or Christmas).

You will receive an email from us informing you of the shipment and a so-called tracking number, which you can use to check the progress of your order online once it has been safely wrapped and turned over to the shipping service provider.

PRODUCT DELIVERY AND PRODUCTION TIMES ARE INDICATED ON THE PRODUCT

In most circumstances, you will get your desired goods two to three days after placing your purchase. Depending on the workload, the actual manufacturing time is estimated on the product pages in our online shop. The period between handover to the package service and delivery is, of course, depending on this; sadly, we have no control over this.

COSTS OF SHIPPING IN SWEDEN

The shipping charges are computed and communicated automatically and openly on the checkout page (“Checkout” page).

We only send packages through the mail. Only under extraordinary circumstances and with previous written consent is it feasible to pick up the products personally.
